Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ovada Drivers App grants you a limited, non-transferable license to:

Access and use the Applications on your personal device only
Access and use any content, information and related materials that may be made available through the Services only for your own personal, noncommercial use.

You agree that Ovada Drivers App may contact you by call or text messages at any of the phone numbers provided by you or on your behalf.

In addition to the right to terminate this Agreement as elsewhere provided in this Agreement, we may suspend or terminate temporarily or permanently the Account of a User at any time_:
